Hi again, I’m Collins 🥷🏽

Currently, I work remotely at Rvysion Group as a Design Manager and Design Advisor where I lead a team of 13 designers across 8 flagship products and consulting on design for their studio.

Most recently I worked as a Design Manager at Outliant - an Austin, Texas-based digital product design and development company, where I manage a team of 16 designers. I am responsible for fostering a positive work environment, defining a strategic direction, setting expectations, providing actionable feedback, supporting personal and career development through coaching and mentoring, and assessing performance.

As a designer, I enjoy being a strategist with a focus on craft, prototyping, leadership and design ops. I value beautiful visuals backed by smart systems thinking. I love the concept that a digital product is a living thing that can adapt and evolve over time.

Outside of design, I love food in all capacities. I spend my time exploring new restaurants, cooking new dishes, and talking about my next meal.
